Dave Matthews Band is an American rock band formed in 1991, known for their blend of rock, folk, jazz, and bluegrass music. The band is fronted by singer-songwriter Dave Matthews, who writes the majority of their material. The group also features Stefan Lessard on bass guitar, Carter Beauford on drums, Tim Reynolds on guitar and Buddy Strong on keyboards.
